• Supra Electronic Lockbox, $100 & $100 refundable deposit (In IMLS Area Only)

This is the Realtor’s electronic lockbox. The box can track and report what Realtors have accessed the lockbox and when. It is the most convenient and secure way to provide access to your home. The fee is $100. You will be charged $200, and $100 will be refunded to you once you return the lockbox to us. (It must be picked up from our office as well.) Available only in the IMLS area.
