What do I not get?

  • Your broker does everything through email, phone calls and text messages. We do not come out to your property personally.

  • There is no catch. Nearly 20 years ago we saw there was a better way to structure the commission for real estate agents. So we created Lowes Flat Fee Realty where you can be treated fairly and keep your equity.

HOW FLAT FEE MLS LISTINGS WORK

You complete all the property information in our easy-to-use online portal. It includes property details and photos along with your asking price. We will post all of this to your local MLS and now your property is in front of prospective buyers!

2. Market Your Property

Once the property is live on the MLS, it will look the same as any full price listing to other agents and potential buyers. You will receive inquires for showing times but all other questions will be handled by us.

3. Accept An Offer

You receive an offer! Now it's time to review, negotiate, and accept or counter offer. We are to here to assist with negotiating including the reviewing, advising and preparing of offers, addenda, counter offers, etc.

4. Close & Save Money!

Closing time at your local title/escrow company.
