The $499 MLS Listing Service includes the following:
1) Listing on Intermountain MLS (10 photos max.)
2) Listing on LowesFlatFee.com (10 photos max.)
3) Listing on Realtor.com (4 photos max), other major real estate websites(1 photo max.)along with numerous local company websites equipped with MLS search.
4) Large, bright yard sign with 2 riders
5) IMLS Electronic key box
6) Broker/Agent to receive and timely present all written offers in accordance with Idaho State Code.
7) Service valid for up to 6 months, seller may cancel at any time.
All photos and information to be provided by seller.
**Non-refundable payment is required upon signing of listing agreement.**
OPTIONAL CLOSING SERVICE
1) You may choose to add ½% of final sales price (payable at closing) for coordinating with buyer’s agent, assisting with paperwork, following up with inspection dates, lender letter,lender calls, and coordinating title and escrow work.
